The tours and ticket assistance provided made exploring the area hassle-free. The heating in the rooms kept us cozy after a day of skiing.The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a convenient feature for staying connected. The flat-screen TV allowed for relaxed evenings in. The ski storage was handy for our equipment after a day on the slopes. The sun terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains.While the hotel may not boast extravagant luxuries, it excelled in providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable cost. The location, just a short walk from Adelboden center, was convenient. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option without compromising on cleanliness and service, Crystal is an excellent choice.
